Built from 5052 3/16" aluminum, the one-piece side panels feature a 90-degree bent channel and 360° mounting for tools, gear, and accessories. Anodized black TSLOTS, made in Utah and cut to 0.015" precision, provide high stress and deflection ratings and include cutouts for hardware installation without unbolting.
A custom wind deflector matches the windshield angle to reduce noise while maintaining aerodynamics, with cutouts for factory cab clearance lights or 50" off-road light bars (Heretic Studio or Baja Designs) that sit flush below the TSLOT face for a level rack.
